WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION HOSTING THE VIA PLACIDA SEMINAR?

The organization is responsible for the marketing, publicity and venue for the VIA PLACIDA seminar. 

Dr. Shaler provides you with a flyer template for your event, suggested advertising copyand website banners.

She will also publish your dates on this website and send information about your event to her subscribers in your area.

WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE THERE WHEN DR. SHALER IS PROVIDING MUSIC FOR THIS CELEBRATION?

She requires a piano, preferably acoustic, with easy access to it from the podium.

Of course, the program can be done without the original music she created.

HOW EARLY DO WE NEED TO BOOK OUR SEMINAR DATES?

Of course, the answer is the earlier is the better.  But, go right ahead and ask because it's possible the date you want is free, or someone has had a change of plans!
